Spend a full day exploring the Downton Abbey universe, from hidden gems in London to countryside sites north of the city. In the morning, start off from Temple Station to explore the filming sites of a number of important moments from the series, including the clinic where the pregnant Lady Edith is seen, the cafe where Lady Rose meets up with Jack Ross, her jazz singer suitor, the exterior of Grantham House and more.

Then drive out to the pretty Oxfordshire countryside, where you can refresh yourself with a complimentary jam scone and cup of tea at the location of Yew Tree Farm, the home of Mr Drewe, the tenant farmer who takes in little Marigold, Lady Edith’s daughter.

Travel through rural Oxfordshire and see the inn where Tom and Lady Sybil go after their elopement as well as other important locations. Get a glimpse of Downton Village, with its hospital, the village pub and church and more. Explore on your own when the guided talk is finished. Then head back to London for a drop-off at Temple Station.

What's included:

  • Visit the ‘Liverpool Grand Hotel in London’, the site of Lady Mary and Lord Gillingham’s scandalous weekend together
  • Enjoy tea and scones at Yew Tree Farm, and buy some lunch if you wish
  • See Matthew Crawley’s former home in Downton Village
  • Explore Downton Village on your own after the guided tour
