- Passengers must be aged 4 years or over. Passengers under 14 years must fly together with an adult (voucher also required)
- In weather conditions deemed unsuitable by the pilot, tours will be rescheduled at an agreed date at no extra cost
- No baggage is allowed on the helicopter
- The operator reserves the right to refuse passengers who they believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This will also invalidate their voucher

Do I need to decide on the date that I want to do the experience at the time of purchase?
No, not at all. You have 12 months from the date of purchase to do the experience, unless otherwise stated. Experiences with different validity periods will have it specified in the offer description and on the gift voucher.
How do I book my experience?
After redeeming the gift voucher, you will receive all of the required information to make your booking. Generally, you are able to choose your preferred date to do the experience. However, please note that the availability of specific dates is subject to the availability of the provider, and can be affected by minimum/maximum numbers of participants, weather conditions etc. In the case of experiences that can only be done on specific dates, these dates will be detailed in the description of the experience on our website.
How long do I have to do the experience?
All of our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
How and when will I receive the gift voucher?
The gift voucher comes neatly presented in a very nice presentation box with metallic finish and original design. The box is delivered to the address of your choice, with an option of next working day or standard (2-3 days) delivery.

If I cannot use the experience gift voucher can I give it to someone else?
Sure! Our gift vouchers can be given to anyone you wish. All you need to make sure is that the person meets the particular participant requirements for the experience.
Can I exchange one experience for another?
Within the validity period, all of our experiences can be exchanged for another experience or physical product. The only condition is that you have not booked your experience with the provider. Can I cancel or change the date of an experience that has already been booked?
Cancellations and date changes are subject to the policy of each of the experience providers. Generally, amendments are allowed until 48 hours before the scheduled experience, however we recommend that you always check with the provider for their specific changes and cancellation conditions.
Will the person who receives the gift voucher know how much money I spent?
No. The gift voucher does not include the price of the experience.
